I began my journey in scientific research in 2006. Four years later, I became a psychologist, and in 2014, I completed my PhD in Psychology. I served as a faculty member at the University of Porto from 2018 to 2025. After 20 years in academia, I have decided to bring my expertise into practice to enhance the growth of individuals and organisations—combining rigour, humanity, and direction.
